Job Title: Housekeeper / Environmental Services Aide (Healthcare & Community Staffing)

Location: Mississauga.

Timing: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Overview

We are seeking detail-oriented and compassionate Housekeepers to join our healthcare staffing roster. Our agency partners with a variety of locations, including retirement communities, long-term care homes, and private residences, to ensure their environments are clean, safe, and welcoming. We offer both steady full-time schedules and the flexibility of picking up casual shifts that fit your lifestyle.

Duties

- Perform daily cleaning of resident suites, private homes, or facility rooms (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing bathrooms).
- Clean and maintain high-traffic common areas, hallways, and public restrooms.
- Empty and dispose of trash and recycling in a safe and sanitary manner.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or needed repairs to site management.
- Interact warmly and respectfully with residents, clients, and facility staff.

Requirements





- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience (hotel, residential, or healthcare experience preferred).
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently in new environments.
- Must provide a clear Vulnerable Sector Police Check and a recent TB test.
- Physical ability to push, pull, bend, and lift cleaning equipment (up to 25 lbs).
- Reliable, punctual, and highly adaptable.
