Manager / Training Coordinator will report directly to the Store Manager and is pivotal in all HR functions. You'll assess staffing needs, manage employee training, and maintain personnel records to ensure smooth operations. Your contributions will help create a positive workplace culture at one of Canada’s most trusted companies. Key Responsibilities:

- Assess staffing needs effectively and timely
- Coordinate recruitment selection and training programs
- Maintain accurate personnel records and training files
- Compile statistical personnel reports and analyze data
- Develop policies and programs related to HR and training

Requirements:

- 2 years in human resource management preferred
- Knowledge of Employment Standards and Health & Safety
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Robust communication and organizational skills
- Degree in HR or related field an asset
