JAVA Tanning MedSpa Wellness Centre Inc. is seeking established independent health and wellness practitioners to join our professional wellness centre in Brantford, Ontario.
We currently have private treatment rooms available for rent for qualified practitioners who are looking to operate their own independent practice within an established, professional wellness environment.
This is a room-rental opportunity and is not an employment position. Practitioners operate their own independent businesses, maintain their own clientele and retain their own service revenue.

The Opportunity
JAVA offers a modern, skilled environment where independent practitioners can operate their businesses alongside complementary wellness, MedSpa and aesthetic services.
Rooms are suitable for a variety of professional health and wellness services. One available treatment room includes a dedicated sink with hot and cold running water.

Rental Term:
- Monthly room rental is based on room size at $28 per sq. ft. per month + HST
- JAVA RESERVE: 91 sq. ft. room — $2,548/month + HST
- CARAMEL MACHIATO: 100 sq. ft. room — $2,800/month + HST
- VANILA HAZELNUT: 100 sq. ft. room — $2,800/month + HST
- MAPLECPECAN: 170 sq. ft. room — $4,760/month + HST
- All utilities included
- Wi-Fi / high-speed internet included
- One-year minimum commitment
- Practitioners operate their own independent businesses and maintain their own clientele
- Practitioners must carry and maintain their own professional liability and business insurance
- Practitioners are responsible for maintaining all licensing, registrations and certifications required for their profession and services
- Applicants should have an established practice/client base or demonstrated ability to independently build and maintain their practice
