During your internship, you will contribute to: Review, Process and Monitor Disability Claims

Process and manage employee files

Communicate with Insurance Provider

Participate in claim review meetings with the HR Director, HR Manager, and Medical Consultant

Coordinate with HR on complex claims

Facilitate employee accommodations and return to work

Prepare Letters on behalf of HR

Participate in WSIB Claims

Prepare offer letters of accommodations

Participate in HR Projects

During your internship, you will learn: Application/software of Workforce

Develop skills such as Teamwork, Problem Solving, and Time Management

Participate in weekly meetings and return to work meetings
