Building project schedules and supporting implementation plans. Monitoring progress to make sure everything stays on track. Assisting the Project Engineer with reporting and performance tracking. Preparing business cases and budgets to help guide decisions.
Keeping documents, project timelines, and databases up to date. Identifying risks and working on creative ways to handle them. Joining product development meetings and learning how priorities are set.
You’re working toward a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or something similar (Required) You’re great with Microsoft Office, especially: Excel (advanced is a plus!) MS Project You’re flexible and can handle changing priorities You’re creative and care about the quality of your work You’ve done project management, budgeting, or scheduling before (a bonus) You speak English fluently; French is a bonus Min 8 months internship and be willing to work from Montreal Office 2 times per week.
Flexible workplace-Hybrid It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. The base salary for this position is expected to range from CAD $17.95 to CAD $31.00 per hour. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose. #
