In this position, reporting to the Manager of IT Operations, you will handle operational support and project setup assistance for various job sites and networks.

You'll provide both remote and in-person technical help, work on equipment deployment, and engage with other teams. This opportunity requires multitasking and strong organizational abilities to effectively manage multiple site requirements. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide IT support to key offices and job sites
- Setup and deploy IT equipment as needed
- Create diagrams for cabling and workstation layouts
- Manage job site setups from start to finish
- Support project requirements throughout the lifecycle Requirements:
- Degree/diploma in Information Services or equivalent experience
- Experience with HP, Cisco, and Apple technologies
- Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM tools preferred
- Solid knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 365
