PLC Landscaping Inc. is looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our team full-time, year-round.
This is not just a summer landscaping position. We are looking for someone who wants consistent work throughout the landscaping season and a guaranteed position through the winter as part of our snow removal crew.
We are a growing lawn care and soft-landscaping company focused on high-quality residential properties throughout Burlington and Oakville. Attention to detail, reliability, and taking pride in the finished product are extremely important to us.

Winter Responsibilities During the winter, the position transitions into our residential snow removal operation.
Responsibilities include

- Operating snow blowers and other snow equipment
- Assisting with driveway and property snow clearing
- Working during active snow events, including early mornings, nights and weekends when required
- Returning for additional clearing during larger or extended storms when necessary
- Maintaining a high standard of service throughout the winter season
Snow removal requires flexible availability. When a qualifying storm occurs, our clients depend on us to show up regardless of the time or day. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is:
- Reliable and consistently shows up on time
- Physically capable of working outdoors for full days
- Comfortable working in heat, rain, cold and snow
- Detail-oriented and takes pride in their work
- Able to work efficiently as part of a small crew
- Respectful around clients and their properties
- Comfortable using landscaping equipment
- Willing to learn and take direction
- Able to work independently once properly trained
- Looking for stable, long-term employment rather than a short-term seasonal job
A valid Ontario G driver's licence is strongly preferred. Previous landscaping, lawn maintenance or snow removal experience is an asset. Applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada and have a valid work permit where applicable.
What We Offer
- Full-time, year-round employment
- $22–$26/hour during the landscaping season, depending on experience
- Guaranteed winter employment
- Winter salary/compensation structure to be discussed
- Opportunity to continue with us season after season
- Consistent work with an established residential client base
- Modern commercial lawn and landscaping equipment
- Chance to learn multiple areas of lawn care, landscaping and snow removal
- Potential for increased responsibility and compensation as you become more experienced and valuable to the crew
