Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare and beauty treatments, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and enhancing the client experience. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of services, including facials, laser hair removal, and laser acne treatment , while also suggesting skincare products and to clients.

Responsibilities

- Perform professional skincare treatments, including facials, and other laser services.
- Consult clients on treatment plans and skincare enhancements as requested by clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare routines and product benefits.
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent hospitality and communication skills.
- Suggest additional skincare services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and boost retention.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and workstations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to provide the best service possible.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the workplace.

Requirements

- Must have minimum Grade 12 REQUIRED




- Fluent in English REQUIRED
- Minimum 1 year of Canadian experience REQUIRED
- Valid esthetician license or certification REQUIRED.
- Proven experience in sales or retail within the beauty industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in various esthetic treatments such as laser treatment, facials, and microneedling.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with clients effectively.
- A passion for skincare and beauty with a commitment to continuous learning.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Able to work independently with minimum support.
