The Lead

Pastor will provide essential spiritual and pastoral guidance with a focus on evangelism and discipleship. You will lead a small team that includes associate pastors and an admin assistant. This role emphasizes building healthy church culture while nurturing a cross-cultural ministry and developing leadership programs that align with the church's mission. Key Responsibilities:

- Proclaim God’s Word through sermons and teachings
- Develop and empower church leaders in their ministries




- Cultivate a welcoming and growth-oriented church culture
- Guide evangelism and community engagement efforts
- Oversee a team of associate pastors and support staff Requirements:
- Proven pastoral experience in church leadership
- Robust commitment to cross-cultural ministry and missions
- Spirit-filled and biblically grounded faith
