Duties

- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Ensure all food is handled safely, maintaining proper hygiene and sanitation practices
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, kitchen equipment, and utensils throughout shifts
- Follow food safety protocols diligently to prevent cross-contamination and ensure freshness




- Support the team during busy service periods by efficiently managing multiple orders
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth food service and timely delivery of dishes

Requirements

- Prior experience in food service or restaurant kitchens is highly preferred
- Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and proper meal preparation techniques
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong understanding of cooking methods and kitchen operations
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude in a team environment
- Familiarity with serving procedures and customer service principles is a plus
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism
