We are a busy dealership with a big used vehicle department , and we are looking for someone who enjoys being hands on, working with customers, making deals and helping build a great team environment. Create sales campaigns and generate booked appointments Follow up with customers daily and make sure no opportunity is missed Call every customer and stay on top of leads, prospects and opportunities Work directly with customers and the Sales Team to structure and close deals Work deals from start to finish while maximizing gross and customer satisfaction Work closely with Finance to ensure a smooth customer experience Help build a positive, high performance sales environment Be hands on, lead by example and stay active on the sales floor Previous automotive sales or Sales Manager experience A team player who wants to help build something great We are a dealership that believes you can work hard, have fun and win at the same time .
