We are looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Worker with hands-on experience in roofing, flooring, painting, and general repairs . The ideal candidate takes pride in quality workmanship, pays attention to detail, and completes tasks safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out roofing repairs, installation, and maintenance as assigned

Prepare floor surfaces and install, replace, or repair flooring

Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and filling cracks or holes

Apply paint and other finishes neatly and evenly

Complete general property repairs and maintenance tasks

Measure, cut, and prepare materials accurately

Use hand tools and power tools safely and appropriately

Keep work areas clean and organized and remove debris after completing tasks

Follow instructions and complete assigned work within agreed timelines

Communicate work progress, repair needs, and safety concerns to management

Follow workplace safety procedures and use appropriate protective equipment

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

Physically demanding work involving lifting and carrying materials

Standing, bending, kneeling, and performing repetitive tasks

Working indoors and outdoors

Working on ladders or at heights with appropriate training and safety equipment

Maintaining attention to detail while completing tasks efficiently
