Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Manager/Hairstylist to lead our salon team and deliver exceptional hair care experiences. In this dual role, you will combine expert hairstyling skills with strong leadership abilities to motivate staff, ensure high-quality service, and foster a welcoming environment for clients. Your passion for hair styling, commitment to customer satisfaction, and ability to manage daily operations will drive the success of our salon.

Responsibilities

- Direct and control daily operations
- Evaluate daily operations
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff
- Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies
- Hire, train and supervise staff
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain inventory of supplies
- Supervise other hair stylists and other staff
- Shampoo customers' hair
- Schedule staff
- Clean and style wigs and hair pieces




- Analyze hair and scalp condition
- Apply hair extensions
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Cut, trim, taper, curl, wave, perm and style hair
- Maintain supplies
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks

Experience

- 3-5 years experience in texture and mixed hair care
- Caring for texture hair and mixed Hair
- Hair braiding: Knotless braids, stich braids, cornrows Plaits, Twist
- Dreads Maintaince/retweist, starter dreads
- Wig Installations
- Extensions: sew extensions , closure extensions, rope twist
- Relaxing, hair treatment and perms
