This full time role emphasizes mechanical design, drafting, and hands-on manufacturing support to enhance production processes. You'll focus on CAD design and documentation while spending time on the production floor for real-world implementation.

With about 80% of your efforts dedicated to utilizing SolidWorks and AutoCAD, you will improve manufacturing accuracy and efficiency through your designs. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to contribute to design for manufacturability and overall product excellence. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop mechanical solutions for manufacturing process improvements
- Translate concepts into 3D models and 2D drawings




- Create jigs, fixtures, and manufacturing aids
- Support hands-on validation and implementation on the production floor
- Review and optimize plant layouts for efficiency Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in related engineering technology
- Proficient in SolidWorks and AutoCAD
- 5 to 8 years of manufacturing experience
