Responsibilities

- Develop and implement marketing, advertising, and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify business opportunities.
- Create and manage content for websites, social media platforms, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and online promotions.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in the development and execution of public relations and communication strategies.
- Draft and edit press releases, presentations, reports, and other corporate communications.
- Coordinate promotional events, community outreach activities, and media engagements.
- Respond to customer feedback and online reviews while maintaining the organization's professional image.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
- Maintain marketing databases and support lead generation initiatives.




- Stay informed of industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, advertising, or public relations.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with social media management and digital marketing tools.
- Knowledge of market research techniques and marketing analytics.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and content management platforms.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with graphic design or content creation software.
- Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and digital advertising platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
