The Claims

Processor will be responsible for investigating, evaluating, and processing insurance claims and determining policy coverage for the claimed loss and appropriate compensation amount.Job Location: Remote - Canada Compensation:



$44,000 CAD annuallyMain Responsibilities:Works closely with veterinary hospitals and policyholders to evaluate and review a pet’s medical history to determine a baseline of health.Reviews policies to make eligibility determination.Creates and issues claims decisions to policyholders.May order medical records from providers.Basic Qualifications:3+ years in the veterinary field if a licensed technician or 5+ years in the veterinary field if an unlicensed assistant.High school or secondary school diploma or GED required.Associates Degree or equivalent work experience (one-year relevant experience is equivalent to one-year college).
