Medical Office Assistant (MOA) — Vibe Medical Specialists

Pay: $17.00–$22.90 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

Vibe Medical Specialists is seeking a reliable, organized Medical Office Assistant to join our multidisciplinary specialist clinic. Reporting to the directors, you will support physicians, assist patients, and help keep daily clinic operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

- Greet patients, answer calls, and manage inquiries and messages.
- Schedule appointments and procedures, coordinate referrals, and maintain physician calendars.
- Update patient records and demographics using Accuro EMR.
- Prepare and process clinical letters, requisitions, forms, and faxes.
- Room patients, complete intake information, and measure vital signs.
- Clean, organize,



and restock exam rooms following infection prevention protocols.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow Health Information Act requirements.
- Assist with patient follow-up and other duties assigned by physicians or the directors.

Qualifications

- Completion of a Medical Office Assistant program preferred.
- At least one year of MOA or medical clinic experience preferred.
- Accuro EMR experience is an asset.
- Strong communication, organization, and computer skills.
- Ability to multitask accurately in a busy clinic.
- A professional, compassionate approach to patient care and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
