As a key member of the EHN Complex Needs Facility, you will support individuals with unique mental health and addiction challenges.

This role requires a diploma in a related field and knowledge of trauma-informed care. You will provide emotional support, crisis intervention, and assist clients in accessing critical resources within the community. Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assess new intakes for needs and safety
- Build rapport using trauma-informed, harm reduction approaches
- Provide crisis intervention and emotional support




- Document client interactions and assessments in real time
- Assist in keeping the facility clean and orderly

Requirements:

- Diploma or degree in Mental Health or related field
- Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care practices
- Experience with mental health and addiction concerns
- Excellent communication skills
