Job Summary
- Prospects, establishes, and maintains relationships with customers to create opportunities for future and sustainable business.
- Prepares accurate and complete on-site moving estimates for individuals planning to move locally long distance and internationally
- Performs follows-up on pending estimates and maintains information in designated system.
- Develops new market ideas and assists in developing and implementing sales and/or marketing plans.
Job Type / Category We are looking for a strong outside sales candidate to join our quickly growing team. The outside sales position is responsible for growing sales by taking hot leads and scheduling onsite consultations to book local, long distance and international moves.
The outside sales position is also responsible for networking with local businesses and apartment complexes to help grow leads and partnerships.Compensation for this position is a base rate plus commission The company provides you the following:

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
- High School Diploma & Moving industry experience is preferred
- Demonstrate ability of consistently meeting and/or exceeding sales goals
- Robust team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalities
- Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful)
- Excellent oral comprehension and communication skills
- Understanding of and commitment to customer service and the companies core values
- Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively
- Valid Driver’s license and good driving record
