Responsibilities
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to children's dietary needs and preferences
- Engage children in educational activities that promote learning, creativity, and social skills
- Assist with daily routines such as bathing, dressing, and nap times to ensure comfort and consistency
- Maintain a clean and organized environment by performing light cleaning duties related to childcare
- Support children with disabilities or special needs by providing compassionate caregiving tailored to individual requirements
- Encourage positive behavior through guidance, patience, and constructive communication
- Plan age-appropriate activities that stimulate curiosity and physical activity while ensuring safety at all times
Skills
- Proven experience working with children across various age groups in a caregiving or educational setting
- Ability to cook simple meals and prepare snacks that meet nutritional standards
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable
- Strong cleaning skills to maintain a tidy, safe environment for children
- Excellent teaching abilities to foster learning through play and structured activities
- Compassionate caregiving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively
- Reliable communication skills to collaborate effectively with parents and other caregivers
