Technical Leadership: Lead engineering teams through architecture reviews, code reviews, and daily agile ceremonies. Guide junior and mid-level developers, setting engineering standards and best practices. 8+ years experiencein software design, development, and team leadership. ~NET, REST APIs, Microservices, and Entity Framework Core. ~5+ Frontend & Database: Familiarity with up-to-date UI frameworks like React.js or Angular, alongside databases like PostgreSQL or SQL Server. ~5+ DevOps & Practices: Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Git version control, and Agile/Scrum methodologies NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for Canada-based positions. The starting pay range for this remote role is $104,900 to $154,800.

Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. If the position offered is temporary, the position will not be eligible for incentive compensation.
