- Greeting Guests and Welcoming them to the Hotel
- Creating & Modifying Reservations
- Checking Guests In & Out
- Answering incoming calls at the Front Desk
- Balancing All of the Days Transactions
- Running Reports for the General Manager
- Assist guests with any requests they may have
- Resolving guest issues to the best of your ability
- Ensure a qualified manner at all times
- Communicate efficiently with all other hotel departments
- Demonstrate knowledge of the hotel and services
- Assist other departments as necessary
- Maintain a cash float throughout your shift
- Must be able to work weekends
Position is Full Time and the shifts are 12 Hours 8PM-8AM each evening that you work. Rotating schedule with every other weekend off.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
