Little Yogis Academy® is expanding in Canada, and we’re looking for an entrepreneurial License Owner & Operator to launch, manage and grow Little Yogis Academy® in Vancouver.

This is not a conventional teaching or management job . It’s an opportunity to build your own local children’s wellness business using an established brand, proven programming, curriculum, training and ongoing support.

It’s ideal for someone who loves working with people, is excited by business development and wants to make a positive impact on children and families.

About the Opportunity

As the Vancouver License Owner & Operator, you’ll lead the growth of Little Yogis Academy® in your local market.

You’ll build relationships with childcare centres, schools, camps and community organizations; develop a team of instructors; and bring our yoga and mindfulness programs to more children across Vancouver.

You’ll operate independently while benefiting from the systems, resources, curriculum and experience we’ve developed through years of delivering children’s enrichment programming.

What You’ll Do

- Launch and grow Little Yogis Academy® in the Vancouver market
- Build relationships with childcare centres, schools, camps and community partners
- Generate recent business and develop recurring local accounts
- Recruit and coordinate qualified instructors as your territory grows
- Oversee local programming and ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Market Little Yogis Academy® within your community
- Identify new opportunities for classes, workshops, camps and events
- Build a business that can grow beyond what you personally teach

Who We’re Looking For You do not need to be a yoga instructor to be a great fit.

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has an entrepreneurial mindset and wants to build something of their own
- Is passionate about children, wellness, education or community impact
- Is confident building relationships and developing new business
- Is organized, motivated and comfortable taking ownership
- Understands the Vancouver community or is excited to build strong local connections
- Has experience in education, childcare, wellness, sales, business development, operations or entrepreneurship

Experience working with children is an asset, but business drive and leadership are equally important. Why Little Yogis Academy?
