This role focuses on administering therapies and supporting patients with chronic conditions. As a critical part of the team, you will engage in direct patient care, conduct assessments, and administer intravenous and injectable medications.

The Infusion

Nurse acts as the primary contact for healthcare providers and plays a vital role in treatment education and disease management, ensuring quality standards are met. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct pre-treatment patient assessments for eligibility
- Insert peripheral IVs and establish access through central line
- Administer IV, SC, and IM medications in clinic




- Maintain a clean clinic environment and adhere to safety standards
- Document and maintain accurate patient records Requirements:
- LPN with 2-4 years infusion experience
- Current membership with provincial nursing college
- CPR and First-Aid certifications required
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
