Become a vital part of Branksome Hall's Swim Instructor team! We're hiring part-time instructors to ensure safety and deliver quality swimming lessons at our Athletic and Wellness Centre. This part time role offers flexibility with shifts ranging from 4 to 20 hours weekly.

Ideal candidates will possess a Lifesaving Society Swim Instructor Certification, along with First Aid qualifications. You'll provide swimming lessons to varying age groups, implement lesson plans, and maintain pool safety standards while fostering a positive environment for all participants. Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure patron safety in swimming facilities
- Provide instructional swimming lessons per curriculum
- Organize and implement lesson plans and evaluations
- Communicate effectively with swimmers of all ages
- Act as a first responder in emergencies and enforce pool rules

Requirements:

- Lifesaving Society Swim Instructor Certification
- Active First Aid certification with AED
- Knowledge of indoor pool safety regulations
- Experience with aquatic programming preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
