Enhance patient care as a part-time Pharmacist at Nova Scotia Health, located in the South Shore Regional Hospital. Work collaboratively to ensure safe medication use and promote health. As a Pharmacist in the OPWZ PHAR Pharmacy Clinical Department, you will join a dedicated team under the guidance of the Pharmacy Services Manager.

This role involves procurement and dispensing of medications, independent prescribing, and patient care. You will also conduct evidence-based drug evaluations to optimize medication use and contribute to health promotion within your community. Key Responsibilities:

- Procure and dispense medications effectively
- Offer drug information and promote cost-effective usage
- Participate in patient-centered collaborative practices
- Engage in practice-based research and drug evaluations
- Integrate safety and ethical practices in patient care

Requirements:

- Graduate from a recognized School of Pharmacy
- Licensed or eligible for Licensure with NSPR
- Two years related experience preferred
- Completion of a hospital residency program preferred
- BLS certification required
