Experienced Front Desk Administrator – Physiotherapy Clinic

Are you experienced in a physiotherapy clinic, confident using Jane App, and comfortable with direct billing, MVA and WCB?

Motion Crafters Physiotherapy & Wellness is a multidisciplinary clinic in Airdrie, and we’re looking for a reliable, organized and experienced Front Desk Administrator who can confidently manage the day-to-day flow of a busy healthcare clinic.

This is a great opportunity for someone who already understands physiotherapy clinic operations and wants to grow with a supportive, professional team.

What You’ll Do

- Welcome patients and create a friendly, professional experience
- Maintain accurate patient profiles and clinic information
- Process payments, invoices and receipts
- Complete extended-health direct billing
- Assist with MVA, WCB and third-party billing
- Answer phone calls, emails and patient inquiries
- Schedule, reschedule and confirm appointments using Jane App
- Manage practitioner calendars, cancellations and waitlists
- Support patient intake and rebooking
- Follow up on rejected claims and outstanding balances
- Support practitioners with day-to-day administrative needs
- Assist with clinic opening and closing procedures
- Monitor and restock clinic supplies
- Help maintain smooth patient and clinic flow
- Assist with routine clinic cleanliness, treatment-area turnover, laundry and linens
- Clean/disinfect treatment tables, equipment and high-touch surfaces as required

What We’re Looking For

Previous physiotherapy clinic experience with Jane app is a must.

Experience with MVA and WCB billing is strongly preferred.

Hindi and/or Punjabi is an asset.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Hands-on experience working in a physiotherapy or rehabilitation clinic
- Strong working knowledge of Jane App
- Experience with physiotherapy scheduling and patient flow




- Experience with extended-health direct billing
- Solid customer-service and communication skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a busy clinic environment
- Professional, dependable and proactive work habits
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
