Duties

- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients with precision and care
- Cook pizzas using various methods such as ovens or grills, ensuring optimal quality and presentation
- Follow food safety protocols to handle ingredients properly and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen
- Assist with food preparation tasks for other menu items as needed in a busy restaurant setting
- Ensure timely delivery of orders by coordinating with serving staff and managing multiple orders efficiently
- Maintain inventory levels by restocking ingredients and supplies during shifts




- Support the overall cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area to uphold health standards

Skills

- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service roles within a restaurant or food industry setting
- Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations
- Excellent skills in meal preparation and cooking techniques specific to pizza making
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and serving staff
- Prior experience in serving or customer service is a plus, demonstrating a friendly, team-oriented attitude
- Basic understanding of kitchen equipment operation and maintenance
