We are looking for a technically capable POS Installation Analyst to support the successful rollout of Point-of-Sale solutions across customer sites. Working remotely with field technicians, this position will help coordinate and troubleshoot the installation, setup, configuration, and validation of POS hardware and software. The Analyst will verify that systems are functioning correctly, resolve technical issues as they arise, and ensure each location is fully prepared for go-live.
Success in this role requires strong problem-solving abilities, a high level of accuracy, transparent communication,
and the ability to manage responsibilities independently in a fast-paced environment.
Desired skills & experience:
- Previous experience installing or supporting POS systems
- POS terminals, monitors, scanners, receipt printers, cash drawers, payment terminals, and related equipment
- Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills
- Comfortable working with payment terminals and peripheral devices
- Experience working in a other payment-processing environments
- Previous field-service or POS deployment experience
- Experience with network troubleshooting
$32 - $35 per hour
