The Product Operations

Coordinator will work closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure all product details are correct and timely. You will support key product stages such as sampling and channel setup, while also tracking changes post-launch. Accuracy in updating internal databases and collaborating with vendors is essential for this role. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate product launches, including sampling and setup phases
- Track updates in product specifications, packaging, and variants
- Maintain accuracy in product databases and internal trackers




- Perform quarterly audits of product data with vendors
- Review product performance, aiding improvements and vendor interactions

Requirements:

- 1-3 years in product management or related fields
- Bachelor's degree in Business or similar discipline
- Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Solid communication skills for cross-team coordination
- Experience in consumer products or eCommerce is a plus
