Job Overview We are currently seeking experienced Mixer Scaler Operators to join a leading food manufacturing facility in North York . This role is responsible for accurately weighing, scaling, and mixing ingredients according to production recipes while maintaining food safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Scale and weigh ingredients according to production formulas and batch sheets.
- Operate industrial mixing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Prepare and mix ingredients to meet production requirements.
- Monitor product quality and ensure recipes are followed accurately.
- Complete production and quality documentation as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and work areas.
- Follow all food safety, GMP, health and safety, and company procedures.
- Work collaboratively with production and quality teams to meet production targets.

Qualifications





- Previous experience as a Mixer, Scaler, or Batch Maker in a food manufacturing environment is required.
- Ability to accurately measure and handle ingredients.
- Experience operating industrial mixing equipment.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and GMPs is an asset.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work any assigned shift.
