About us

Sage Print & Sign is a growing, locally owned print and signage company in Sherwood Park, offering commercial printing, digital and large format print, signage, vehicle graphics, promotional products, custom apparel, graphic design, and digital marketing. We help businesses, organizations, teams, and individuals bring their ideas to life.

We serve customers across Sherwood Park, Edmonton, and surrounding areas, and we pride ourselves on personalized consultation, saying yes to last-minute requests, and delivering on time.

We’re looking for an outgoing, organized Promotional Products & Apparel Sales Specialist who can become our customers’ trusted resource for branded merchandise and clothing. This role combines product recommendations, sales, customer service, and order coordination, with occasional hands-on apparel production.

Our Values

We’re looking for a leader who lives these values every day and models them for the team:

- Treat every customer deliverable like it’s your own
- Always strive to go above and beyond in everything we do
- Treat everyone with dignity and respect
- Transparency and honesty… always

About the Role You’ll take ownership of promotional-product and apparel inquiries, guiding customers from their initial idea through product selection, quoting, artwork approval, and delivery.

This is both an inbound and outbound sales role. You’ll handle incoming inquiries from walk-in customers, phone calls, emails, and website leads, while also actively growing this part of our business by following up with leads, using our available marketing tools, meeting with clients, making cold calls, and visiting local businesses to introduce our products and services.

We’re looking for someone who is comfortable starting conversations, asking the right questions, recommending suitable products, and confidently closing a sale.

For example, when a customer walks in asking for branded hats, you should be able to discuss styles, fit, quantities, budget, and intended use, then recommend an appropriate decoration method, such as embroidery, a patch, or a transfer, based on the hat and their logo. You’ll work closely with our design team to turn those recommendations into accurate proofs and finished products.
