Spire Pacific Capital in Vancouver, BC, is seeking an experienced underwriting skilled to review and underwrite commercial real estate debt and equity opportunities. You will build financial models, assess returns and risk, and prepare materials for the Investment Committee.

Reporting to the Director of Capital Underwriting, you’ll manage due diligence, coordinate with lenders and partners, and help sharpen our underwriting templates and CRM integration as we scale the business.
