Become Granum's voice in talent acquisition as a Recruitment Specialist, driving our hiring for vital SDR, Onboarding, and Support positions. Your expertise in sourcing and engaging candidates will play a crucial role in our mission to redefine the green industry. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will own the full cycle recruiting process, actively sourcing candidates to build a strong talent pipeline.

Collaborating with the VP of People & Culture, you’ll represent our culture and values while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This agile role requires you to maintain candidate data and proactively seek great talent through various channels. Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as Granum's ambassador to the talent market
- Own the recruitment cycle for SDR, Onboarding, and Support roles




- Build and maintain a bench of warm candidates
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and personal networks
- Balance business needs with excellent candidate experience Requirements:
- Experience in fast-paced recruiting environments
- Ability to manage high volume, detailed candidate searches
- Confident in outbound outreach for candidate engagement
- Organized in maintaining candidate relationships
- Familiar with ATS, ideally Greenhouse Drive talent acquisition success by blending technology with personal outreach at Granum.
