Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Registered Kinesiologist to join our healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide expert assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation services to patients across diverse settings. Duties

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical abilities, medical history, and functional limitations using standardized tools and clinical judgment.
- Develop personalized treatment plans aimed at improving strength, mobility, and overall well-being, incorporating evidence-based practices.
- Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to facilitate recovery and enhance patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records by documenting assessments, treatment progress, and discharge summaries in compliance with privacy regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, physiotherapists, occupational therapists,



and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care strategies.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, activity modifications, and home exercise programs to support ongoing recovery.
- Manage caseloads efficiently by prioritizing patient appointments, tracking progress, and adjusting treatment plans as needed.

Requirements

- Solid knowledge of medical terminology, patient care protocols, and case management principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to patients of all ages including pediatrics.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with effective time management to handle multiple cases efficiently.
- Knowledge of medication administration procedures related to therapeutic interventions is an asset.
- Experience working with pediatric populations and familiarity with hospital procedures enhance your candidacy.
