We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Kinesiologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in using reformers and a commitment to helping clients achieve their rehab goals. you will need to provide personalized instruction, and create a welcoming workplace for the participant. Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in English and Mandarin, are highly encouraged to apply.
Duties
- Ensuring proper technique and safety on reformer.
- Develop customized workout plans tailored to the needs and goals of clients.
- Provide clear instructions and demonstrations.
- Foster a positive atmosphere that encourages client participation and motivation.
- Build strong relationships with clients.
- Monitor client progress and provide feedback to help them achieve their fitness objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and continuously improve teaching methods.
Requirements
- Certification as a Registered Kinesiologist
- Proficiency in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
- Pilates background is a plus.
- Strong teaching skills with the ability to communicate 1:1.
- Strong time management skills to effectively manage class schedules
