- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment space in accordance with health and safety standards
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend self-care routines to support ongoing wellness
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and clinic productivity
- Document treatment details accurately in client records for continuity of care




- Foster positive relationships through excellent customer service, ensuring clients feel valued and cared for during every visit

Requirements

- Valid registration and licensing as a Massage Therapist with the appropriate regulatory body in your region
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and client health assessments
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain treatment procedures and address client concerns
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
- Flexibility to accommodate varying scheduling needs, including evenings or weekends if required
- Prior experience in therapeutic or clinical massage settings is preferred but not mandatory; ongoing professional development is encouraged
