Join North Bay Regional Health Centre as a Registered Nurse focused on the Birthing Unit. This role requires expertise in antenatal, labor, and postpartum care, along with critical communication abilities. We are looking for an experienced RN with a current Certificate of Registration from the College of Nurses of Ontario.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of hands-on patient care experience, a solid commitment to family-centered maternity, and certifications in essential areas such as Neonatal Resuscitation and IV Therapy. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide nursing care for antenatal and postpartum patients
- Conduct cervical examinations and epidural care
- Educate families on breastfeeding and neonatal health
- Engage collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Demonstrate leadership in patient care settings

Requirements:

- Current BLS certification and relevant nursing experience
- Certified in NRP and IV Therapy
- Commitment to ongoing education and quality improvement
- Bilingualism in English and French is required
- Proven problem-solving and assessment skills
