We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various settings, including faciltating educational sessions, client teaching, assessment, IV therapy. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient health problems and needs
- Administer IV treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to medical protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare staff to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain accurate medical records
- Educate patients and families on health management, medication administration, and pain management strategies.
- Provide compassionate support to patients across various age groups,
including pediatrics and intellectually disabled
Requirements
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Experience in assisted living, hospital settings, or senior care preferred.
- Proficiency in facilitating health teaching and education
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients and caregivers effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team workplace.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient-centered care with empathy and professionalism.
