What You’ll Accomplish With Us
As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will be at the core of our mission. Key responsibilities include:
- Identify disability claims with strong rehabilitation potential and develop strategies that support successful return-to-work outcomes;
- Support insured members by connecting them with the services and resources required for their recovery and reintegration into the workforce;
- Develop and implement action plans in collaboration with case managers, employers, healthcare professionals, and insured members;
- Conduct virtual and in-person meetings, prepare clear reports, and ensure accurate and thorough documentation of claim files;
- Monitor rehabilitation activities and outcomes for the cases under your responsibility.

We are looking for someone who:
- Is recognized for strong communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships;
- Stands out for excellent organizational abilities, effective priority management, and a client-focused approach;
- Demonstrates strong analytical skills and sound judgment when managing complex situations;
- Is known for their autonomy, collaborative mindset, and solution-oriented approach;
- Has 2 to 3 years of experience in rehabilitation, direct intervention, helping relationships, case management, or a related profession;
- Holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Kinesiology, or a related rehabilitation field;
- Possesses a solid understanding of medical terminology, social legislation, insurance law, and disability-related regulations;
- Has an advanced level of English, as the incumbent will be required to communicate verbally and in writing on a regular basis with insured members, employers, healthcare professionals, and various stakeholders across Canada.

The typical hiring range for this position is between CAD $60,636 and CAD $110,636. Base salary may vary depending on knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity.
