We are looking for experienced Furnace & Ductwork Installers for current residential construction (single-family builds and townhomes) across the local area.
This role is focused strictly on furnace and ductwork installation—no service work, no maintenance calls, and no troubleshooting. Just straightforward, clean furnace and sheet metal installs in new construction homes and townhomes.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Installing residential furnaces, HRVs, and complete duct systems (mains, branch runs, heat runs,
returns, and venting/flues) in single-family homes and townhomes.
- Executing furnace and duct installs according to HVAC layout designs and building codes.
- Getting units 100% ready to pass municipal and builder inspections on the first try.
Requirements
- Proven experience installing furnaces and residential ductwork in new home/townhome construction.
- Standard HVAC hand tools, sheet metal tools, cordless gear, and reliable personal transportation to get to job sites.
- Strong communication—if you lock in a day to be on site, you show up and complete the job.
Flexible Scheduling
- Full-Time Subcontractors / Employees: Steady, consistent unit workflow.
- Weekend / Side Gig: Knock out individual furnace and duct installs or completions around your main full-time job.
Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour Expected hours: 16.0 – 44.0 per week
