Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide expert guidance on product selections, including Trucking Tools and Accessories.
- Assist customers with their purchases using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring accurate cash handling and transaction processing
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays through effective merchandising techniques to maximize sales potential
- Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and well-stocked by performing regular inventory checks and restocking shelves




- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and fostering a welcoming shopping environment

Skills

- Strong communication skills in English/Hindi multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customers
- Proven experience in retail sales or cashiering with a focus on customer service excellence
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic merchandising principles
- Previous Experience With Quickbooks Software and invoicing is an asset
- Will be required to get forclift License within first month of hiring

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 45.0 per week
