$28/hour guaranteed minimum, with performance pay

We’re hiring for our Victoria crew. You’ll learn to clean roofs, gutters, siding and windows using Shine’s equipment and methods. As you get more experienced, there’s an opportunity to move into a lead technician role.

Training is paid, and a company vehicle is provided for work use.

You need previous experience working on roofs. We’ll teach you our cleaning methods. The work is outdoors and physical, with time on roofs and ladders.

The work

- Clean roofs, gutters, siding and windows for homeowners.
- Use the right equipment and follow safety procedures on roofs and ladders.
- Protect the home, landscaping and surrounding property.
- Finish the job carefully, take job photos and keep your crew informed.

Pay and training The advertised $28–$45/hour range includes performance pay. Your guaranteed minimum is $28/hour,



including during training. Earnings above the minimum depend on performance. We’ll explain the pay calculation during the interview, including how job performance and quality affect earnings.

What we’re looking for

- Previous roof-work experience and protected ladder use.
- A valid driver’s licence.
- Someone who shows up ready to work and keeps their crew informed.
- Careful work and a respectful approach to customers and teammates.
