Medmatch-Recruitment in Ancaster, Ontario is seeking a Health & Wellness Manager- RPN to lead the clinical operations in a contemporary senior living community just outside Hamilton. As an RPN with leadership experience, you will oversee day-to-day care, support PSWs and nursing staff, and ensure individualized resident care plans are implemented with compassion.

This role includes partnering with families, driving quality care, and actively mentoring staff; you will help hire, onboard, and schedule
