Duties

- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to foster loyalty and satisfaction
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits, encouraging customer interest
- Assist customers with product selection, upselling relevant items to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations
- Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract attention and promote featured products
- Utilize effective communication skills to explain product details clearly and answer customer questions
- Support inventory management by restocking shelves, monitoring stock levels, and assisting with merchandising strategies
- Handle phone inquiries professionally,



providing information about products and store services while practicing excellent phone etiquette

Qualifications

- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base effectively
- Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key
- Demonstrated technical sales experience, including product demos and explaining complex features in simple terms
- Strong organizational skills to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to connect confidently with customers and team members
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling, POS transactions, and sales calculations
- Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude and proactive problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
