River City Countertops is looking for a Sales Person to join our team in Penticton, BC.

Experience in the construction industry is an asset. The ideal candidate is confident working with customers.

Position: Sales Representative – Countertops & Flooring

Hours: 40 hours/week

Location: 320 Martin St, Penticton, BC V2A 5K4

Pay: Hourly rate depending on experience + Commission

What we're looking for

- Experience in sales
- Experience selling flooring and/or countertops
- Confident, friendly, and professional
- Comfortable preparing quotes and following up with customers
- Reliable and motivated to meet sales goals

Responsibilities:
- Work with customers to select countertops and flooring
- Provide product recommendations and quotes
- Follow up with customers and leads
- Manage sales from initial consultation through to completion
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and installers
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the process
