We are looking for an energetic Sales Manager to join our team at Bannister Chevrolet Penticton. You should love being on the phone, creating deals, calling customers and be a follow up machine. If you enjoy making things happen, staying busy and turning opportunities into sales, we want to hear from you.

We are a busy dealership with a big used vehicle department , and we are looking for someone who enjoys being hands on, working with customers, making deals and helping build a great team environment.

What You'll Be Doing Create sales campaigns and generate booked appointments

Follow up with customers daily and make sure no opportunity is missed

Call every customer and stay on top of leads, prospects and opportunities

Work directly with customers and the Sales Team to structure and close deals

Work deals from start to finish while maximizing gross and customer satisfaction

Appraise and structure vehicle trades

Work closely with Finance to ensure a smooth customer experience

Help build a positive, high performance sales environment

Be hands on, lead by example and stay active on the sales floor

What We're Looking For Previous automotive sales or Sales Manager experience

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Excellent communication and people skills

Someone who is organized, motivated and driven

Someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment A team player who wants to help build something great A valid driver's licence
