Sales Manager (Payroll services)

Profile: Our client sells payroll solutions to businesses across Quebec and is looking for a hands-on Sales Manager to manage a team of sales reps. You come from the industry, are a strong coach for business development and have the ability to build strong relationships with partners.

Workplace: Hybrid (Office in Mtl 3 days+ 2 days at home)

Products/Services: Payroll services

Salary: Base $84,000-$110,000

Commissions/Bonus: $135,000 at 100% of quota, paid quarterly

Car allowance: $500/month

Expense’s reimbursement: All reasonable expenses reimbursed

Functions

- Foster a strong, healthy sales culture
- Set up key KPIs and follow through with team members
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with partners
- Meet with partners ,



with team-members on a regular basis
- Perform 1 on 1's with team members
- Conduct weekly sales meetings
- Work closely with implementation team
- Be present for guidance and coaching, when needed
- Develop team members closing skills
- Hire, inspire and guide team members
- Ensure CRM is updated, as per company guidelines
- Ensure new-hire training is done to ensure success
- Collaborate with VP on company initiatives

Requirements

Development vs Maintenance: 70% vs 30%

Road vs Office: 50% vs 50%

Languages: French and English (written and spoken)

Education: University preferred

Training: On the job training provided

Overnight Travel: Less than 20% overnight travel needed

Years of experience: At least 3-5 years managing a sales team

Other requirements

- Must have worked in a highly competitive B2B position
- Ability to be in field, coaching, on a regular basis
- Has experience coaching b2b salespeople
- Energetic
