Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products.
- Packaging and wrapping chocolate items.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, handling cash transactions and credit card payments.
- Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure that the sales floor is well-stocked.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting inventory counts.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills through effective phone etiquette when handling customer calls.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including opening and closing shifts, and weekends as needed during the seasonal peak.
