About the Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join a private Family Office supporting a portfolio of operating companies, holding corporations, trusts, and real estate investments.

This is a unique opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys working in a team-oriented, entrepreneurial environment with a high degree of trust, autonomy, and variety.

What You'll Do

? Accounting & Financial Management

- Manage full-cycle accounting for multiple entities and trusts
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Lead budgeting, cash flow management, and financial reporting
- Reconcile banking and investment accounts
- Coordinate tax planning and compliance with external advisors
- Maintain accurate financial records and internal controls
- No payroll responsibilities

? Family Office Administration

- Coordinate confidential financial and legal documentation
- Liaise with accountants, lawyers, financial advisors, and investment professionals




- Manage personal bill payments and tax documentation
- Support estate planning and philanthropic activities

? Property Portfolio Oversight

- Oversee residential, commercial, and investment properties
- Coordinate maintenance, renovations, and service providers
- Monitor leases, rental income, and operating expenses
- Manage tenant relationships and property records

What We're Looking For

✔ 10 years of accounting or family office experience

✔ CPA designation (or equivalent) is preferred

✔ Experience with holding companies, trusts, and multi-entity accounting

✔ Strong knowledge of QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, and Microsoft Excel

✔ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with discretion

✔ Experience with real estate investments is considered an asset
